$15K Sign on - FT Night - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Full-time Night Respiratory Therapist role at Methodist Charlton Medical Center (Verge nnes, IL). Responsibilities include conducting respiratory therapeutics such as oxygen administration and weaning, aerosol and humidity therapy, bronchial hygiene, chest physiotherapy, CPR, and mechanical ventilation; interpreting ABG, PFTs, CXR, and patient data; performing cardiopulmonary diagnostics and bedside evaluations; ensuring infection control, safety, and quality assurance; and working under indirect supervision of the medical director. Requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, active BLS and ACLS, NRP and Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 1 year of hire, state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, and NBRC registration; new graduates accepted. Shift: nights (7P–7A), 3 x 12 night rotations; sign-on bonus of $15K.
