Job Summary
Oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are completed well and on time. Manage supplies, support staff, and verify work meets quality and safety standards. Handle staff supervision, quality control inspections, supply and inventory management, training and development, and reporting and communication. English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred. Minimum two years of janitorial or facilities management experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role, required. Evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be necessary. DTK Facility Services serves over 27 million square feet across 650 locations daily in Texas.
Required Qualifications
- English/ Spanish bilingual
- Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management
- at least 1 year in a supervisory role
