Job Summary
Drive end-to-end program planning and execution across multi-disciplinary teams, supporting strategic cross-functional planning and leading discovery with product and engineering leads. Partner with stakeholders to develop milestones, track progress, manage cross-team dependencies, and mitigate risks while proactively removing impediments to maintain momentum. Collaborate on defining technical architecture, translating requirements into technology specs, and documenting plans to ensure on-schedule delivery from design through deployment. Contribute to product metrics, operational improvements, and the creation of project management best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in technical project management within a SaaS environment, and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience in technical project management working directly with software engineering teams
- 5+ Years of experience working at a technology company, preferably within a SaaS model
- 3+ Years of experience leading software development projects with schedules and deadlines
- Direct experience using iterative or agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successful program delivery and handling complex initiatives across a variety of cross-functional teams
- Must have experience using project planning, road mapping and issue tracking tools - JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Roadmunk
- Advanced English Level
- Effective communication in English
