150-26-5 Maintenance Staff Housing

Operate heavy equipment, perform lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping. Execute minor electrical, heavy equipment, and general building repairs while maintaining daily maintenance logs for completed, pending, and emergency tasks. Communicate professionally with contractors, tenants, and community members to coordinate repairs and represent the Housing Department. Work independently with little supervision, adhering to established policies and procedures for ground and building maintenance across the Housing office, White Pines Wellness Centre, Iroquois Village Centre, Ontario Works, and Eagle's Nest.
