Job Summary
Floor Staff are assigned to Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher roles and must provide courteous guest service. Responsibilities include operating POS systems and handling cash, upselling Premium Viewing Experiences, promoting Regal Crown Club, ensuring MPAA compliance and ticketing accuracy, assisting guests, cleaning duties, and supporting opening/closing tasks. Roles require regular attendance, ability to respond to emergencies, adherence to dress code, and alcohol-service training where applicable. Must be able to work part-time with availability to stay past 1AM. Education/Experience notes include completion or progress toward Regal’s cast certification program for cast member/box office cashier positions.
