Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care and supervise assigned team members. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers while promoting a collaborative work culture. Requires a BSN, Texas RN license, and 12 months of RN experience; works 12-hour night shifts.
