Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide direct and indirect patient care while directing and supervising other assigned team members. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information and provide safe, accurate medication and IV administration. Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, self, coworkers, and the facility. Communicate clearly to the team, co-workers, patients, and family members, evaluating their understanding of informational matters.
