Job Summary
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, design and improve cloud architectures, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure for large-scale applications across multiple cloud environments. Collaborate with engineering, product, and internal platform teams to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence. Drive engineering best practices, contribute to architecture decisions, participate in production support (on-call), and enhance CI/CD and GitOps workflows. Design and maintain Kubernetes-based production environments; build and optimize infrastructure automation using IaC tools; conduct design and architecture reviews; write technical design docs; drive test automation and process improvements; optimize cloud costs and infrastructure efficiency. The role requires hands-on leadership in cloud infrastructure design, deployment automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with strong emphasis on Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python development, and English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- 5+ years of Kubernetes and Linux container tools
- 4+ years of CI/CD and GitOps
- 3+ years of Python and Python web development
- Experience leading projects and designing complex technical architecture
- Experience operating production services on cloud infrastructure
- Advanced English level
