Job Summary
Conduct orientation sessions covering company culture, payroll, local community resources, and computer systems for new hires. Execute front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, cashier duties, house bank maintenance, and guest room assignments. Provide concierge services by handling reservations, answering facility inquiries, coordinating luggage delivery, and updating local attraction records. Oversee front desk agents, manage walk-over procedures, control inventory, and implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy. Resolve guest concerns, review housekeeping reports, and lead daily management meetings regarding staffing and yield management.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry
- hospitality degree
- at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA)
- 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
- shown consistent career growth over the last years
- shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
