Operate all production machinery including forklifts, palletizers, conveyors, labeling equipment, and metal detectors while supervising employees in the packout area. Check product specifications to ensure correct packaging materials and coding, then perform machine change-overs and troubleshoot minor repairs. Replenish supplies such as film, boxes, and glue, and install 45 to 100-pound rolls of film or boxes onto packaging machines. Clear damaged containers, maintain a clean work area following HACCP programs, and stack cases onto skids. Comply with all company policies, GMPs, and SOPs while observing to detect malfunctions.
