Job Summary
Execute daily food preparation, cooking, and serving tasks while strictly upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Prepare food neatly according to formulas, restock ingredients, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment. Perform vendor check-ins, communicate daily issues with Management, and support assigned operational tasks with integrity. Ensure all PMG policies regarding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed. Training will be provided on duties and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Reliable transportation
- Working mobile device for communication
- Ability to lift, stand, and bend
