Job Summary

Account Manager in the Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy team responsible for promoting services to referring entities (physician offices), generating qualified patient starts, conducting sales presentations, and developing territory strategies. Acts as liaison between healthcare providers and Nufactor to improve patient safety and quality of care, maintains territory workbook, enhances relationships, attends local/regional/national events, collaborates with field colleagues, gathers industry intelligence, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards. Requires high level of professionalism, customer focus, and the ability to travel up to 50% for field activities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in health care industry including management, sales, clinic services, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail orientation and ability to prioritize work
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
