Job Summary

The Resident Assistant is responsible for the supervision and safety of residents in the TSA Homeless Service Programs during various shifts. Key responsibilities include engaging with residents, providing support with program goals, conducting safety checks of buildings and units, facilitating program activities, and performing clerical duties. Qualifications include a high school diploma, one year of related experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis management skills are essential. CPR/First Aid Certification is required within 30 days of hire.
