Job Summary
Instruct swim lessons to students of all ages and abilities using the Kroc Center Learn to Swim curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing for classes, communicating water safety guidelines, assessing student abilities, and providing constructive feedback. Attend staff meetings and assist with incident response while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years
- Must possess and maintain current certificates in American Red Cross Adult and Child CPR, and AED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading small groups of children
- Understanding of basic child development philosophy
- Bilingual English/Spanish
