Job Summary
Provide quality customer service and assistance to members and guests within the Ice Arena venue. Responsibilities include verifying membership through POS, handling cash and operating POS software, monitoring recreational activities, maintaining work area cleanliness, answering calls and inquiries, and adhering to safety rules. Must attend Child Safety training and report any child abuse suspicions. Preferred skills include being bilingual and having previous cashier experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English
- Previous cashier and/or customer service work experience helpful
- Meet all health and safety regulations as defined by the Health Department and The Salvation Army
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful
- Computer software application experience helpful
- Ability to ice skate safely and assist others

- Must be at least 16 years of age
