Job Summary
Coaches will work with youth of various ages, ensuring the safety and well-being of players. Responsibilities include leading sports and recreation activities, maintaining confidentiality, facilitating player check-in and check-out, and enforcing facility regulations. Coaches must design effective aquatic training sessions, instruct with proficiency, and handle disputes professionally. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and possess current first aid certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum two years’ seasonal experience as an Aquatics Coach or Sport’s and Recreational Coach
- Must possess and maintain current certificates in American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED, and Oxygen/Epinephrine Administration
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
