Job Summary
Install Intoxalock interlock devices into customer vehicles, perform recalibrations, removals, and repairs while troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment. Diagnose wiring issues, provide activation instructions, and train customers on device operation in accordance with state program rules. Report any suspicion of equipment tampering or bypass attempts. Follow all specified procedures and complete all other duties as assigned. Schedule is 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. As the nation's largest interlock provider, Mindr helps people live responsibly through substance use safety products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with 12-volt, reading schematics, and troubleshooting installations
- High quality installation experience
- Intermediate knowledge of automotive wiring
- Experience with problem solving and resolving conflict
Desired Qualifications
- Installation and servicing stereo, alarm, remote start or similar systems
