Job Summary
Execute daily food preparation, cooking, and serving while strictly upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Prep ingredients neatly according to formulas, restock food supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment. Perform vendor check-ins, communicate daily issues with management, and support assigned operational tasks with integrity and respect. Ensure all PMG policies regarding safety and operational excellence are executed. Training provided on duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Reliable transportation
- Working mobile device for communication
- Ability to lift, stand, and bend
