Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory, and expenses while completing daily bank deposits and fuel reports. Analyze sales trends by shift and day, manage staffing levels, and recruit, screen, and hire new employees. Coach, counsel, and direct employee activities, including developing subordinates and conducting performance reviews. Ensure the store meets company standards for safety, appearance, and security, and order groceries to avoid overstocked or out-of-stock conditions. Build-to forms must be utilized for beer and soft drinks ordering. Delegate duties as necessary and attend all instructional meetings. Flexible schedules and expected hours of 10–35 per week apply. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available, along with paid vacation after one year. High school math competency and two years of management experience are required.
