Job Summary
Conduct critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful environment with minimal supervision. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy under ONCC certification, obtaining APHON card within 12 months for pediatric oncologic indications. Maintain ACLS certification for ICU, ED, PACU, and procedural areas; secure PALS for pediatric units (30 days to obtain if non-pediatric background) and NRP for NICU (30 days to obtain if non-NICU background). Complete mandatory education requirements including fetal monitoring certification for L&D RNs prior to orientation. Support one another as part of the Memorial Healthcare System family dedicated to quality patient- and family-centered care.

- Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced)
