Deliver high-complexity patient care requiring critical thinking, decisive judgment, and effective communication with minimal supervision. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy under the ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate, or obtain the APHON card within 12 months for pediatric oncologic indications. Maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, while securing Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for pediatric units within 30 days if needed. Complete Fetal Monitoring certification through National Credential Center or AWOHNN prior to orientation for L&D roles. Demonstrate one year of nursing experience and adapt to a stressful environment while supporting a family-centered care model.
