Required Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience required
- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate or equivalent for chemotherapy administration
- APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months for chemotherapy in pediatric oncology
- ACLS required for ICU/ED/PACU/Endo/Tele/OB/MHN settings
- PALS required for Pediatric areas (except NICU)
- NRP certification required for NICU if coming from non-NICU background
- Fetal Monitoring certification prior to end of orientation for L&D RNs
- RN Fellowship requires one year of independent practice
- Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS and/or PALS
- RN Fellowship specialties require ACLS and BLS Certifications
