Job Summary
RN Specialty II at Memorial Healthcare System. Responsibilities emphasize critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in complex environments; requires one year nursing experience and a range of pediatric, ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, and specialty areas with required certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, fetal monitoring) and ongoing credentialing for chemotherapy and neonatal/pediatric care. Location: Dania Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Florida
- ACLS certification
- PALS within 30 days for pediatric areas
- NRP certification for NICU (if NICU background)
- Fetal Monitoring certification (through National Credential Center or AWOHNN) for L&D RNs
- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for RNs administering chemotherapy
- APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months for RNs administering chemotherapy in pediatric setting
- RN Fellowship prerequisites: one year of RN independent practice, ACLS and BLS in Fellowship
