Job Summary
Manage specialty clinical operations and oversee nursing staff within high-acuity units requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment in stressful environments. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy protocols while ensuring all personnel maintain mandatory credentials, including ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification, ACLS for ICU and procedural areas, and PALS for pediatric services. Coordinate with minimal supervision to uphold patient- and family-centered care standards across the Memorial Healthcare System community. Newly licensed staff must obtain required certifications within six months.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years nursing experience
- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- PALS
- Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced)
