Job Summary
Cut and trim meat to company standards for retail sale while managing department sales, shrink, and expenses. Perform daily customer interactions, share food knowledge, and handle merchandising and quality control of all department offerings. Adhere strictly to Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation policies. Assist in day-to-day operations and complete other tasks as assigned. Must be 18 years of age with retail meat experience desired. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
- Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
