As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in the Medicine/Complex Continuing Care Unit & Integrated Stroke Unit/Telemetry at Stratford General Hospital, you will provide direct, safe personal care in accordance with patient care plans under the supervision of regulated healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers and ambulation, taking vital signs and documenting findings, performing skin assessments, supporting patients with feeding and recreational activities, and utilizing Meditech for documentation. Candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking, time management, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts, days/evenings, 7-day coverage, and part-time status are offered.
