Job Summary
Direct and supervise all Sushi department activities to achieve merchandising, sales, and customer service goals. Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels, oversee preparation and serving of all sushi items, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Engage customers through greetings, offer product information, and process cash register transactions while maintaining clean counters, prep areas, and walk-in coolers. Rotate deli items for sale, audit invoices, and ensure correct pricing and signage. Clean all equipment, sharpen knives, and ensure all personnel use proper safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR
- You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
- Rehires must be approved by an HRBP
