Job Summary
Zuora Billing & Revenue Solutions Architect for a remote, full-time contract role. Own architecture, configuration, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting across live Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue environments; design and deploy pricing models, product catalogs, and revenue rules; resolve complex billing, revenue, and integration issues; translate ASC 606 and IFRS 15 requirements into practical Zuora configurations; ensure reliable data flow between Zuora and enterprise systems; collaborate with Finance stakeholders to evolve the platform in a scalable, production-safe manner.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Zuora Administration experience
- Deep hands-on experience across Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue
- Familiarity with the Zuora UI
- General billing knowledge
- Ability to understand business requirements and implement configuration changes within Zuora
- Experience supporting configuration, administrative, or operational changes in business systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Enterprise experience strongly preferred
