Job Summary
Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate at Sally Beauty in Panama City, FL. Build relationships and inspire loyalty; recommend additional and complimentary products across hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails; set up advertising displays to highlight promotions; inform customers about Loyalty program; complete transactions accurately and efficiently; maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues; demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Role involves flexible working schedules, customer service, product knowledge training, and physical tasks such as standing and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and have or be willing to develop 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience; communicate clearly with customers and team, read and explain product labels, and perform duties as assigned by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
