Job Summary
Conduct hands-on engineering and maintenance work in field service environments while completing required P1/P2 in-service training. Perform equipment maintenance tasks and gain practical experience in mechanical systems under structured mentorship from experienced professionals. Participate in safety, quality, and teamwork initiatives within a leading engineering organization based in Johannesburg. This 12-month on-site programme offers graduates with disabilities a pathway to develop valuable workplace skills and kick-start their engineering careers.
Required Qualifications
- South African citizen
- Person with a disability
- Degree (Theory) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a South African university
- Must require and be registered for P1/P2 in-service training to complete your qualification
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, maintenance, and field service environments
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning
Desired Qualifications
- Basic technical understanding of mechanical systems will be advantageous
