Answer technical questions via phone, email, and fax regarding designated products while complying with specific client working practices. Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in strict adherence to agreed SOPs and WPs. Translate English documents into Spanish or vice versa, delivering responses orally or in writing with quality checks. Log all enquiries accurately and maintain confidentiality per Data Privacy regulations. Perform quality checks on adverse events and product quality complaints to ensure accuracy across all job areas. This 12-month fully remote FTC covers maternity leave for a Spanish-speaking specialist based in Serbia or Croatia.
