Job Summary
Provide personalized daily support to residents in a residential home: assist with hygiene, dressing, grooming, meals, and light housekeeping; create a sensory-friendly, calm living space; support behavioral and emotional regulation; ensure safety and comfort; accompany residents to events/appointments in a company vehicle; monitor health and medications reminders; engage residents in activities and social interaction; bring compassionate, respectful care with strong communication and organizational skills. CPR/First Aid preferred; 12-hour shifts (3-4 days/week) in Phoenixville/Norristown, PA, with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can help you get it)
- 18+ years old
- eligible to work in the US
- experience in caregiving/CNA/HHA a plus
