Job Summary
Provide Personalized Daily Support: assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming; create sensory-friendly environments; deliver behavioral and emotional support; prepare meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs; perform light housekeeping; foster community and companionship; drive residents in company vehicle to events and appointments; health advocacy with medication reminders. 12-hour shifts in a residential Norristown, PA setting with an emphasis on compassionate, respectful care, safety, and quality of life for residents.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can help to obtain)
- Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA residential experience is a plus
