Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. Maintain merchandising procedures and promote credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.
