Job Summary
Fills orders, counts, loads, and unloads product on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule. Physical role requiring the ability to move up to 400 pounds with a hand truck up to 300 feet, and to stoop, bend, and lift containers up to 20 pounds to heights up to 7-1/2 feet. Responsibilities include recording received product, loading/unloading to meet shipping schedules, maintaining a clean work area, complying with company policies, and performing other duties as directed. 1) One year shipping or related experience preferred. 2) High School or GED is required. 3) Safety and policy compliance are emphasized. 4) Pre-screening questions may be used for candidate assessment. 5) EEO/SOX compliance and general operational duties are part of the role.
