11600B - Representative, Sales

Sales Representatives drive BakeMark's growth by selling bakery products and services across local markets, identifying and obtaining orders to meet customers' supply needs, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires traveling in a local territory (approximately 90–100% of the time) with potential overnight travel; candidates should have prior sales experience, strong written and verbal communication, superb interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required. A one-year college/technical certificate plus bakery experience or two years of route-sales experience (or equivalent) is preferred. Bilingual ability is a plus. The position offers a base salary starting at $65,000 with commission opportunities, benefits including health/dental/vision/Life, 401K with company match, holidays/PTO, mileage reimbursement, and equal opportunity employment.
