Job Summary
Greet guests at the door and welcome them to the property. Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet area. Assist with luggage, provide directions, and resolve guest inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction. Report incidents or safety concerns immediately and follow all hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues and assist in training new attendants as needed. Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor, including maintaining equipment and displaying courteous behavior. This role supports the Valencia Hotel Group's award-winning team by delivering exceptional customer service in a safe, efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
