Job Summary
Entry-level Field Service Technician I responsible for vegetation management and herbicide applications at customer sites. Operates trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools; uses mobile apps for safety briefings and daily reports; communicates with customers and team members on job progress; follows safety, environmental, and company procedures. Requires travel to job sites (50–75%, including some overnight), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one). Training provided with opportunities for licensing and advancement; strong emphasis on teamwork and safety in an outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
- Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
- Willing and able to travel regularly
- Travel to job sites (50–75%, including some overnight travel)
