Job Summary

Oversee the Center City Community Office operations in the Cumberland, MD area, supervising staff (Relationship Advisor and Customer Service Representative), and executing sales/service strategies. Responsible for staffing, training, office controls, security and accounting of negotiable papers, setting sales and customer service goals with the sales staff, ensuring policy compliance, timely reporting, and active participation in community activities; perform the duties of a Relationship Advisor as needed; conduct outside sales and community engagement within the office's market; contribute to annual operating plans and budgeting; support risk management compliance (CRA, BSA) and regulatory requirements; manage staff performance and develop a positive customer service culture.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in accounting or business curriculum; college degree preferred; successful completion of First United Bank & Trust Community Office Manager Certification Program; obtain and maintain appropriate Bank Product Knowledge Certification; obtain and maintain active Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Registry (NMLS) and complete appropriate SAFE Act training.
