Job Summary
Provide daily support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with household maintenance, meal prep, bathing, toileting, dressing, and medication administration. Help individuals attend medical appointments, manage banking, and participate in community outings while following Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans. Ensure safe evacuation during emergencies and maintain compliance with Agency policies and DDS regulations. Schedule includes Sun 8a-9p, Mon 2p-10p, and Fri 2p-11p (part-time, 30 hours). Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for part-time staff. Candidates must be 21+, hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate fluent English skills.
