Job Summary
ABA Behavioral Technician position providing 1:1 in-home ABA services to a student aged 3-23, under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include direct behavioral intervention, data collection and progress tracking, implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collaboration with BCBA supervision, and contributing to goals around communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors in the child’s home environment. Opportunities for professional development toward RBT certification and mentorship from ABA professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
- CPR, AED, First Aid Training
- Crisis Intervention Training
- Sexual Harassment and Mandated Reporter Training
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to adapt under high-stress situations
- Punctuality and responsiveness
- Experience with pre-school and elementary-age children
- Experience with autism and development issues
