Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of hard floors, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping entrances, vestibules, lobbies, stairways, and landings. Polish elevator interiors, decorative metal surfaces, and glass mirrors; disinfect all restroom fixtures and remove spills. Collect and dispose of trash, replace liners, and ensure restrooms are stocked with supplies. Perform non-routine cleaning tasks and handle emergency upkeep requests. Maintain a keen eye for detail to remove lint, debris, and soil from all surfaces. Must pass government security screenings and possess physical endurance for large spaces. Requires proven custodian experience, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor
- Must be able to pass Government security screenings
- Must be able to write and read to interpret written manuals and directives
- Must be able to follow oral instructions for the accomplishment of job assignments
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
