Job Summary
Support ongoing operations through technical assistance for manufacturing and process automation systems, ensuring instrumentation and automation systems meet production needs. Lead tech transfers, resolve equipment breakdowns and quality issues, and conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on automation systems including PI data reviews and code diagnostics during normal hours and on-call rotation. Plan and execute plant projects involving complex equipment changes and significant process improvements while initiating and managing change controls. Provide SME support to Manufacturing and other departments for design and operation of process automation equipment, ensuring adherence to cGMPs and participating in audits, inspections, and CAPA actions.
