Job Summary
Manage daily operations of multiple parking facilities by scheduling staff, collecting deposits, and reviewing revenue reports. Directly oversee opening and closing procedures, ensure officers complete all paperwork, and maintain safety standards through periodic audits. Resolve escalated customer concerns, investigate incidents, and train new officers on patrol rounds and reporting protocols. Oversee the contract parker program to ensure timely billing and address account requests. Report incidents to management via phone and Track Tik, and fill in for front-line associates during absences. Requires a security license, driver's license, and ability to work weekends and after hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia
- Minimum of at least 1 year experience in customer-service related field
- Valid driver's license without major violations
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends, as needed
- Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills
- Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
