Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community setting, providing therapy services for geriatric clientele. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals while maintaining daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Work as a PRN therapist on an on-call basis with weekend availability, accepting assignments for a rate of $110/eval. You must be actively licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist
- OTR or Occupational Therapist
- Weekend availability
