Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an ALF setting and provide therapy services in a home setting for geriatric clientele. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals regarding patient care. Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree. New graduate applicants welcome. Competitive compensation up to $110 per evaluation. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- Must be available for ALF and or Home setting
- Must be available for PRN job type
