Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients in an ALF setting while communicating with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. This outpatient therapy clinic serves a geriatric clientele focused on preventative approaches and successful aging-in-place. New graduate and experienced applicants are welcome, provided they hold an active Florida Physical Therapy license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
