Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting for geriatric clientele, communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. This role offers full transparency with detailed payment reports and encourages the use of clinical judgment. You are free to make your own schedule and agree or disagree to patient assignment. Compensation is up to $110 per evaluation. We believe in a proactive preventative approach to help patients thrive and experience successful aging-in-place.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
