Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an ALF or home setting within the Hobe Sound, FL area, focusing on geriatric therapy and preventative care. Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans. Maintain daily, thorough documentation of all services in the electronic medical record. You must be actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree. New graduates are welcome to apply. Schedule is flexible, allowing you to make your own hours and agree or disagree to patient assignments. Competitive compensation of up to $110 per evaluation is provided.
Required Qualifications
