Job Summary
Conduct therapy evaluations and treatments for geriatric patients in assisted living communities or home settings. Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining thorough daily documentation in the EMR. Work as a part-time, on-call PRN therapist with flexible scheduling to accept or decline patient assignments based on availability. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- DPT or Physical Therapist (DPT,PT,RPT)
- Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548
- Home setting (Assisted Living Community or Home Setting)
